Generally, we send two house cleaners. In some occasions, we send teams of three or four.

For a more efficient service, we ask you to pick up toys, clothing, and other household items before our cleaning team arrives.

We provide all of our own supplies and equipment. If you prefer, we will use your items, please let us know beforehand.

If you are not fully satisfied and happy with your cleaning service, we will come back and re-clean it.

Yes, we will try our best to have the same cleaning team at your home in every visit, but due to illness, vacation, or days off this might not always be possible.

For health and safety concerns, Dollybee Maids will not clean feces, blood, urine, or vomit from animals nor humans.

Please make sure that all your utilities are still functioning because our team will need water and electricity in order provide the service.

You can simply email, call, or text us. For courtesy, please at least give us 24 hours’ notice.

Please let us know at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment. If your cancellation or reschedule is less than 24 hours’ notice, then we may charge a $35-$50 late cancellation fee.
